This is a glide oil — not a lotion, not a serum, not a thick cream. It was formulated to sit on the skin just long enough for your device to move smoothly across it, then absorb without leaving a greasy film on your skin or residue on your MyoRitual™.

What's in it:

• Magnesium — the most-requested mineral in recovery-focused body care. Absorbs quickly. No sting, no chalky residue, no dry-salt feeling like magnesium sprays.
• Botanical carrier oils — lightweight, skin-conditioning, designed to reduce friction without clogging pores or leaving a heavy layer

What's NOT in it:

No synthetic dyes. No petroleum. No heavy silicones. No overpowering scent. Nothing that leaves a film on your device or a stain on your pillowcase.

Step 1 — Apply

Pump 2–3 times into your palm. Spread a thin, even layer across the area you're about to work — shoulder, neck, hip, back, or legs. You don't need much. Just enough that your fingertips glide without catching.

Step 2 — Work

Turn on your MyoRitual™ and begin your session. The oil lets the suction lift cleanly, the scraping flow smoothly, and every modality move across your skin without tugging or dragging.

Step 3 — Finish

When your session is done, the oil has mostly absorbed. No need to rinse. If you want to follow with your own moisturiser or the MyoRitual™ Recovery Cream, let the oil absorb for 2–3 minutes first.

Quick tips:

✦ Less is more — a thin layer gives you better glide than a heavy one. If the device slides too freely, you've used too much.

✦ Reapply mid-session if you move to a new area. One pump per area is usually enough.

✦ Wipe your device with a soft dry cloth after each session to keep the suction face and ball bearings clean.

Will it stain my sheets or clothes?

The formula is lightweight and absorbs quickly. Give it 2–3 minutes before lying down and you shouldn't notice any transfer on most standard fabrics. As with any oil-based product, we recommend avoiding contact with delicate or light-coloured fabrics until fully absorbed.

Is it greasy?

No. This is a glide oil, not a body butter. It's designed to absorb during your session so your skin doesn't feel coated afterward.

Will it leave residue on my device?

Minimal. Wipe the suction face and ball bearings with a soft dry cloth after each session. That's it. No buildup over time if you wipe down after use.

Can I use it without the device?

Yes. It works as a standalone massage oil with your hands. But it was formulated specifically for device-assisted sessions — the viscosity is designed for smooth glide under suction and scraping, not just manual rubbing.

Does it have a strong scent?

No. Light, clean, not overpowering. No synthetic fragrance. You won't smell it on your pillow in the morning.

How long does one bottle last?

At daily use, approximately 30+ sessions per bottle. Most women use 2–3 pumps per area per session.

Can I use a different oil with my MyoRitual™?

You can, but we don't recommend it. Thick oils, coconut oil, and heavy lotions can clog the suction mechanism and leave buildup on the ball bearings. The Glide Oil was formulated to work with the device — not against it.
